The Healthy Heart Academy, LLC was created with one goal in mind, to help bring about the End of Heart Attacks with minimal use of drugs or surgery.  This mission will be accomplished via three primary services:

1. Direct Consultations: Dive deep to the heart of your risk factors and let us created a personalized program unique to your needs and risk level for heart attacks and strokes. We have to ability to look much more thoroughly at your risk factors and spend the detailed time needed to teach you what you need to know to take control of your own health once and for all.

2. Group Coaching:  In our Vital Hearts Program for Heart Attack Prevention, our physician-coaches teach people the minute details of a comprehensive, drug-free method that focuses on improving function and supporting disease prevention through the use of proven nutritional and lifestyle interventions.​

3. Health Practitioner Education: We help health practitioners add understanding and practical tools to use with their patients in the fight against cardiovascular disease.
